CLIFF JUMPING

Rock Sound Ocean Hole: Located in Rock Sound, this blue hole offers excellent cliff jumping from the cliffs surrounding it. Access in and out of the water is easy, helped along by a ladder installed by the locals, who use it as a favorite swimming hole. Cliffs vary in height from 5 to 25 feet.

This is a do-it-yourself day trip. To get to Harbour Island, drive 45 minutes north from the Governors Harbour airport to the Three Islands Dock, then take a short water-taxi ride to Dunmore Town on Harbour Island. The school meets every Saturday for training sessions. All are welcome including the children of visitors to the island. The school is entirely supported by voluntary contributions.
