Welcome to Middle Cay, a private 2-acre island just 5 minutes by boat from iconic Harbour Island, Eleuthera. We are just a 30-minute flight from Florida. Fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) via American, United, or Delta. Our team handles your swift transfer to Middle Cay, and you’ll be relaxing on your own private island 15 minutes from landing.

22 ft Pursuit power boat with captain (fuel extra). Our experienced boat captains are available day or night to take you to Harbour Island, 5 minutes away, for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Transportation to and from Harbour Island at any time is included at no charge except for fuel. Boat excursions to other destinations are available for an additional charge, including sandbars, pig beach, turtle cove, fishing trips, and island hopping.
