Watercolor Cottage in the heart of Harbour Islands historic Dunmore Town. One block from the Harbour and approx. 600 steps from the famous pink sand beach, walk to shops, restaurants and all…. . 3 Bed/ 3 Bath. The bedrooms are separate so WC may not be suitable for families with small children.

Lower rate for Main House booking (party of four or less), additional fee is included in your inquiry quote for The Annex (parties of five or six).
The space
Island Charm, many unique outdoor living spaces and of course the history, an original boat captain's cottage (with additions).

Main house consists of small fully equipped for cooking kitchen, front parlor sitting area, Murphy (Queen) bedroom (could be a sitting room, this is where the TV is located) and bathroom.

Step out to outdoor dining and spiral stair (we are in the process of replacing these stairs, please use with caution) to upper decks and enter into King bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom.

North side of property consists of outdoor shower/ dressing room, outdoor Water Closet (bathroom) and Bunk House with Double bed and a twin Twins are a bit of a challenge to get in and out of so suggested for kids/teens. There is no railing so it is not for young children.

Front porch, side kitchen deck, upper deck living area and widows walk are all great spaces to hang-out.

Each bedroom has a separate entrance and private bathroom. Great for three couples.
