Welcome to our 7 bedroom beachfront estate, Villa Anguillitta, located in Blowing Point with wonderful views of the ocean from almost every room. A one minute walk along the shore takes you to the beautiful pink-sand beach of Sandy Point. On the far side of this beach are reefs with good snorkeling. Directly behind the house, there is a small area exposed beach at low tide, and the sea has a lovely sandy bottom for swimming.

Villa Anguillitta is a gated 10,500 square foot estate offering all the luxuries and amenities you require including a beachfront pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, a nine-hole mini golf course, kiddie pool, outdoor kitchen, beautiful gazebo, snorkelling equipment, garden benches, media room and concierge services prior and during your stay. We make sure everything is covered to ensure you have an exceptional stay with us. Indulge yourself; experience a game of mini golf; have a massage; enjoy your favorite cocktail while soaking in the hot tub; or just relax in the sauna—whatever your pleasure, it awaits you at Villa Anguillitta.

The Estate features five private suites, each with its own theme of Caribbean life. All have kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, digital smart TVs, and stunning views overlooking the ocean.

The media room is located on the garden level and consists of a library of books that you can read or indulge in one of the various board games like Bingo, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers, and a variety of crossword puzzles. There is a sofa bed in this room for extra guests.

The gym is located on the ground level and is equipped with a stationary bike, an elliptical unit, treadmill, dumbells, and a 2 person sauna as well as balance balls. The gym also has a private bathroom and digital 42 inch TV so you can be entertained while you work out.

There is also a pool bath, and beside it, a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Villa Anguillitta is only six miles away from the Valley which is the capital of Anguilla so you are within easy reach of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping and culture.

The Five Suites:

DOLPHIN
Dolphin Suite is a 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bath villa. The large balcony leading to the pool deck may be accessed from the living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. The living, dining, kitchen, and media areas are lavishly and comfortably furnished, and all have sweeping ocean views. The master has a king bed with en-suite bath and pool and ocean view. The Queen guest bedroom also has an ocean view, deck access, and a private bath. The king guest bedroom has a garden view and a private bath. The master bedroom has a 75” digital smart TV, and the other 2 bedrooms each have a 42” digital smart TV. The living room has a 75” digital smart TV, perfect for your family gatherings.

BARRACUDA
Barracuda is a penthouse suite located on 2nd level, with sweeping ocean views and a large private balcony overlooking the sea. It has a great room with living and dining areas, a full kitchen and other amenities. It has a king bed and en-suite bath with shower.

SNAPPER
Snapper is located on the second floor and also has an ocean view. It has a private terrace with mini refrigerator, micro-wave, wine cooler, ensuite bath with shower.

GROUPER
Grouper is located on the ground level. It has a king bed with an en-suite bath,. The bedroom steps up to an indoor sitting area, with a view of the ocean and pool deck. If you want more – step outside to the seating area of your very own private balcony! Enjoy a private cocktail, read, or simply sun and tan. This private unit boasts a full kitchen, dining area, and living area.

FLOUNDER
This studio apartment is located directly in front of the mini golf course, and has lovely ocean views. It has a king bed with an en-suite bath, full kitchen, dining area, and living area. Feel free to relax on the private patio, as you watch the ferry boats take passengers between the islands of St. Maarten/St. Martin and Anguilla, or even see a sail boat race, Anguilla’s National Sport!
