Historic Harbour Island home, the house was rebuilt in traditional Harbour Island style from the ground up in 2018.
The house consists of three separate buildings around a garden and swimming pool. Everyone has their own privacy and space. Five Bedrooms and five Bathrooms, Dining Room, Sitting Room, Wet Bar, Study, Outdoor Day beds, Movie Room, Luxury Kitchen.
We have new Starlink Wifi! Plus Sonos Surround Sound, Whole House Generator, A/C throughout, gas grill. The pool can be heated if desired for a fee of $100 per day.
Our property managers and staff will take exceptional care of you include concierge services and and daily housekeeping except for Sundays and holidays. We ask for a 5% gratuity which will go entirely to the staff.

I've been coming to Harbour Island for years and this was hands down the best home and experience I've had to date. The property is private, spacious, comfortable, conveniently located and perfectly appointed. Carmen and Tammy, the house managers could not have been friendlier and more helpful throughout the stay. We're looking forward to coming again--my family and I would recommend it to anyone who's planning at trip.

THE HOUSE WAS PEFECT. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WAS IN A GREAT POSITION. IT WAS IMMACULATE AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL HOUSEKEEPER WHO KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND TIDY.
TAMMY AND CARMEN WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WERE ON HAND TO HELP WITH ANYTHING WE NEEDED LIKE GOLF CARTS AND TRANFERS TO THE AIRPORT.
STAYING WITH 6 ADULTS WE LOVED THE FACT WE WERE ALL IN DIFFERENT BUILDINGS.

Beautiful home! We had the best time staying at Conch Shell as a group in f adults. Everyone had their own space to stretch out in. The property managers were great and gave us plenty of useful information, even recommending a great chef to come in and prepare dinner one night. The housekeeper is very sweet and did an amazing job. Property is a close walk to some great restaurants and an easy golf cart ride away to the beach. Will definitely be coming back to this property.
