Four lounge chairs invite relaxation, whether you prefer shaded tranquility on the porch or sun-soaked leisure on the adjacent concrete deck. Additionally, two aluminum folding beach chairs accompany you on beach outings or daily excursions. After a day of sun and sand, rejuvenate under the outdoor shower (cool water only) with a captivating view of the sea.
Each tastefully-appointed bedroom features a serene, ultra-quiet AC unit and ceiling fan, while an additional AC unit cools the living room and kitchen, complemented by more ceiling fans. The stylish bathroom showcases a rainwater shower, a spacious sink vanity, and exquisite Cuban tile flooring. The kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink.
Palm Bluff provides bedding, towels, beach towels, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the adjoining laundry shed. Enjoy pure drinking water from the reverse osmosis (RO) system in the kitchen, perfect for consumption, cooking, and ice-making. While there is no TV, Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected.
Our dedicated caretaker, who lives just 5 minutes away, is readily available to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. Additional maid services can be arranged for an extra fee.

Locating a well-maintained, attractive small cottage on Eleuthera is sometimes difficult. This property checked all the boxes for us: private, quiet, views, good amenities, unique location, and competitively priced. One of the most unique features that may or may not appeal to guests is the access to the water. Definitely not for small children. But we thoroughly enjoyed plunging into the sea from the diving platform. Sitting on the deck feels like to you on the bridge of a ocean liner with expansive west views.

The cottage is just wonderful. The view, the patio, the living room, the matresses... We loved it! What we really missed was a (foldable?) dining table on the patio so the gorgeous sunset while eating diner outside.
The caretaker is exceptional!
Here comes the "but": the drive to the house is more than rocky! Even a 4W-drive Jeep had a HARD time managing. This really needs to be addressed.

The rental was as described and the view was beautiful. The house was great for 4 friends. The only comment would be that this house is not for anyone that has any type of mobility issues as there are lots of steps and a long walkway uphill from the house. Beautiful rental and highly recommend.

Our week stay at Palm Bluff, was spectacular. It by far exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly clean and all amenities worked perfectly. The morning views were inspiring and the sunsets from the porch above the cliff were breathtaking. Swimming in the blue waters of the Caribbean was out of a magazine including a dramatic cliffside entrance. The water itself was rich with fish of all kinds, and there is a gorgeous reef close by that is perfect for snorkelling. We also saw a sea turtle and a ray from the porch! We brought a SUP which gave us access to the many bays and caves that dot the shoreline here. Surfers beach is about a 10minute walk away. We rented boards and took surf lessons from Tom at Surfers Haven. It was very fun and pretty low-key. When not in the water, Gregory Town, Hatchet Bay and Governor's Harbour all had great food! The rental team was super easy to communicate with and very helpful in providing information. We tried several of the restaurants they recommended it they were amazing. The house really is stunning, well decorated and super clean. Honestly I think this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in.

Overall we had a great week at Palm Bluff. House was as described including the rough road in. GPS worked to find the house despite the road not being marked with a sign. As we discovered during the week, many things on the island aren’t terribly well marked. Home is set up very nicely and amenities were good. Would recommend some nonstick cookware and a blender( Tropical Island, Frizen Drinks?). The stairs down to the water are very cool but the ladder is kind of sketchy. Looks like it had just been recently built but bolts were loose. I doubt if it will last one good storm. Original house listing said there would be a couple of beach chairs and a cooler for day trips. Didn’t exist. We found the described beach towels in a hamper by the coffee table after a couple of days. Caretaker told us that the towels in the bathroom were also beach towels and he said he’d check on mom working ceiling fans in the main room but never did. Still we had an enjoyable trip. Not sure if we’d do it again but it was a fun experience

Palm Bluff is an absolutely stunning place to stay. The views are amazing, the house is adorable. Eleuthera has the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Across the road at surfer’s beach we found some nice seashells. The house had everything we needed, we cooked some dinners at home. The house was very clean when we arrived and the property manager was very helpful.

This house is a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of life and is perfectly appointed with all the amenities both required as well as wanted for any length of stay.
We enjoyed the beautiful veranda every day to watch the ocean and boats float by. Out here, you’ll feel as though you’re in your own peaceful paradise and although we ventured out every day to explore the beautiful island, we felt unbelievably comfortable in this hidden gem located high atop the cliffs.

Palm Bluff home was nice and met all our needs. Dream view, the AC got the house cold at night, comfy beds, kitchen was equipped for cooking, strong Wi-Fi, books and games for your choosing.
There were not any beach chairs or cooler upon our arrival. But there were floats!
We bought some sterno cans for bug repellant and left two at the house. We would light them and sit them beside us outside and the bugs wouldn’t bother us. That’s our number 1 tip! Our other tip is if you have specific dietary needs to bring the food you need. It’s very hard to find on the island. Spanish Wells had a really nice grocery store:
Download the house instructions BEFORE YOU ARRIVE! The instructions to where the key is are in them and we were stuck for quite a while - about 2 hours with no cell service and unable to reach anyone and no way in. The information was not in the app, I do believe it was just a glitch. But just to be safe download it before you land in the Bahamas. :)
