Welcome to Palmetto Sunrise, a Two-Bedroom 2 bath Luxury Villa located on the Banks Road south of Governors Harbour. Sunrise Villa is steps from a mile-long pink-sand beach, and has a private beach deck right on the dune.
Enjoy our spectacular view's of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrises. Many evenings you can view the Cruise Ships sailing by to unknown destinations.
The front porch faces the Atlantic. The rear has a deck overlooking the lake with abundant waterfowl, an ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening dining.
Palmetto Sunrise has a full Kitchen that will make the gourmet cook right at home.
There is a split system AC in every room.
Other amenities include high speed Washer and Dryer, Iron and Board, All Linens, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice maker, Blender, TV, DVD and VCR, CD Player, Hair dryer in both bathrooms. We had a great stay at palmetto sunrise and loved the location and the house- basically right on the Beach! the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of supplies - no dish soap, dish brush, laundry detergent, batteries, stocked TP...we found the guide book with all info we would have needed about beaches etc in a bottom drawer in the living room on our last day. It just would have been nice if someone had checked these things out before we arrived. Property managers were very nice and helpful with everything else. All in all we really loved our stay and would love to come back!

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at Palmetto Sunrise, but very sorry you were not provided with the usual supplies. At check in, you should find initial supplies of the following items (at a minimum): Hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Sunrise. The house is nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. The caretaker was responsive when we needed to reach out to her. The location was central to what we had planned, and we enjoyed the easy beach access.

I had a wonderful stay in Eleuthera, thanks in large part to the assistance provided by Kristin Turnow at Eleuthera Vacation rentals. Unbeknownst to me, the house I picked was dated and in serious need of repairs. Kristin notified me of this a couple weeks before my arrival and gave me the option to change or get a reduction in rent and if I took the latter, she would work with the people on location to fix what needed to be fixed. She did this and more for which I was very grateful.
