Set along the pink sands of Windermere Beach, Sea Lily offers a rare opportunity to experience a private island home in one of the Bahamas’ most exclusive enclaves. With sweeping ocean views, gracious gathering spaces, and the warmth of a personal residence, the estate invites guests to settle in and enjoy an unhurried way of life.
Days unfold naturally here: morning coffee overlooking the water, afternoons between the beach and the pool, and leisurely dinners shared with family and friends. Thoughtfully furnished spaces and personal touches create an intimate atmosphere, while the estate’s generous layout provides room for both celebration and quiet retreat.
With 12 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms across a Main House and separate Guest House, two heated pools, a recording studio, and a gym, Sea Lily is an exceptional setting for family gatherings, time away with friends, creative retreats, and special occasions.
Light housekeeping is included every other day. A house concierge/butler can be included with your stay, Private chefs and additional staff may be arranged for an additional charge, allowing you to tailor your time at Sea Lily to your preferences.
The Main House
Overlooking the beachfront pool and ocean, the six-bedroom Main House is the heart of the estate. Expansive sliding glass walls connect the living and dining spaces to the terrace, welcoming ocean views and sea breezes indoors.
The gourmet kitchen enjoys stunning views overlooking the pool and ocean and is fully equipped with a 48-inch gas range and two built-in French-door refrigerators. The adjoining dining area accommodates 12 at the table and open kitchen allows 7 at the kitchen island, while an outdoor dining area provides seating for an additional 12 guests.
The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a 75-inch television, creating an inviting place to gather after a day outdoors.
Accommodations include:
- Two upstairs king suites, each with large custom sliding glass doors that open to your ocean views, a sitting area, a 65-inch television, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
- One king suite near the kitchen with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a garden view.
- Two downstairs king suites, each with an en-suite bathroom.
- A bunk room with four twin-over-full bunk beds and access to a full bathroom.
The Guest House
Set beside the estate’s second heated pool, the six-bedroom Guest House offers a comfortable retreat within the property.
Each bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite full bath. A central great room brings guests together with a fully equipped kitchen, dining for six at the table and four at the island, and a living area with a 75-inch television.
Its separate living spaces make the Guest House particularly inviting for extended family or friends who appreciate additional privacy while remaining close to the main gathering areas.
The Outdoor Pavilion
Designed for lingering afternoons and relaxed evenings, the spacious covered pavilion is furnished for lounging and dining. Sitting high perched above the pool this is the ultimate area to enjoy the immaculate ocean views. A fireplace and pizza oven provide a welcoming setting for casual meals, conversation, and time together.
The Grand Terrace
Sea Lily’s Main House features a vast patio finished in travertine that overlooks the front pool and enjoys sweeping ocean views from various vantage points. From the patio, walk past the pool and directly onto the pink sands of 5-mile-long Windermere Beach, where long shoreline strolls and quiet moments by the water become part of the daily rhythm.
Sea Lily Beach Cabana
Positioned above the beach, the fully screened, open-air cabana offers a peaceful place to read, enjoy the breeze, or simply listen to the sea. It is an intimate retreat within the estate, with the water always close at hand
Windermere Island Club
Your stay includes access to the Windermere Island Club, approximately a three-minute drive from Sea Lily. Club amenities include a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, and a TV room and library. A restaurant and bar operate seasonally.

Beyond the privacy of the estate, Eleuthera offers beaches, island villages, and memorable days on the water.
Custom outings and experiences can be be coordinated with our concierge. Snorkeling, diving, bonefishing, deep-sea fishing, and boating can be enjoyed through our local guides and charter captains. Four kayaks are included with the house, and additional watercraft and equipment rentals can be arranged through house concierge.
For those who wish to explore on land, the island offers caves, coastal scenery, historic churches, and villages with their own distinct character. Local guides can help shape an outing around your interests.
Nearby Savannah Sound offers convenient grocery shopping at Midway Cost Cutters. Palmetto Point and Tarpum Bay provide additional shops and restaurants, while Governor’s Harbour offers a wider selection of dining, groceries, cafés, a bakery, and banking services.
