Fedamore Manor is a 25,000 sq ft country estate available for exclusive private hire and corporate events. Built in the 1880s and fully renovated in 2026, it pairs historic character with every modern comfort, a short drive from Shannon Airport.
Interiors are by Valeska Kroeger; the grounds were laid out by Irish garden designer Arthur Shackleton.

THE LIVING SPACES

Drawing room:
Inviting formal living room furnished with multiple sofas, and seating arrangements.
Family sitting room:
L shaped sofa and TV, attached to the kitchen.
The library:
Oak paneled, book filled, cozy space for a quiet escape.
The ladies' lounge:
A seating area and a games table stocked with mahjong, Rummikub, backgammon, cards, Scrabble and more.
Irish pub:
A full Irish bar including Guinness on tap, a selection of whiskey and pool table. Outdoor patio with gas heaters and casual seating and a fire pit. Outdoor music speakers.
Summer house:
Table tennis, foosball, and outdoor seating.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Formal dining room:
Seats 16.
Kitchens:
A front kitchen with an Aga stove, plus a back kitchen for staff and parties. Both fully stocked.
Outdoor dining:
Terrace with a pizza oven, BBQ, fire pit and gas patio heaters. Outdoor music speakers.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Sleeps 24 across 12 en-suite bedrooms, with fine linens, electric blankets and air conditioning throughout.
Main house (8 bedrooms):

• 6 Super King bedrooms, all en-suite with walk-in closets
• 2 twin bedrooms; each pair of twin beds can be combined into a King

Lodge houses (4 bedrooms):

• 2 lodge houses with 2 bedrooms each

THE SURROUNDINGS
Getting here:
Shannon Airport, with direct flights from the US, is 24 miles away (about 30 minutes by car). Dublin Airport is 137 miles, roughly 2.5 hours via the M7. Helicopter arrivals can be accommodated.

Rolling Limerick countryside, 8 miles south of Limerick city and minutes from Adare.

Adare (15 min) is one of Ireland’s prettiest villages, with thatched cottages and abbey ruins on the River Maigue. Lough Gur, a major prehistoric site, is close by. The Cliffs of Moher and the Burren are an hour north; Killarney National Park is to the south. Limerick city (20 min) has King John’s Castle and the Hunt Museum.
