Whether you’re a serious angler or just looking to sink into a slower pace of life, The Casting Deck offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm. Located within the gated Wykee Estates, this two-story retreat is designed to maximize those stunning ocean views and salty breezes. 

Wykee Estates has a spectacular mile-long pink-sand beach, a lovely salt-water pool, and is walking distance to Pascal’s famous beachfront restaurant and pool bar.  The main town on the island, Governors Harbour, with stores and excellent restaurants, is a 5-minute drive.

The Space
Experience a thoughtfully designed layout that offers both privacy and social spaces across two levels.

• The Upstairs Living Area:  Start your mornings or greet the sunset on our expansive upstairs outdoor deck. With panoramic ocean views and an outdoor dining area, it’s the heartbeat of the home.  Step inside and the upstairs living area enjoys the same ocean views.  It is furnished with a pull-out sofa, wicker armchair, dining table for two, and a smart TV. The bathroom is also located upstairs. 
• The Downstairs Living Area features a second pull-out sofa and a second dining table.
• The Kitchenette: Perfect for prep and light meals, equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and sink.  (The kitchenette does not have a conventional oven.)

• Primary Suite (Downstairs): Features a plush King bed and a spacious walk-in closet.
• Guest Loft (Upstairs): A cozy Queen bed with easy access to the deck.
• Indoor amenities include AC throughout and fast Starlink internet.

• Water sports and beach gear:  Kayaks, snorkeling gear, fishing tackle, beach chairs, and coolers.
• The Grill: A propane grill is ready for your "catch of the day."
• Wykee Estates Access: Take a dip in the community pool, utilize the private boat ramp, or spend the day at the Wykee’s stunning mile-long pink-sand beach.
