Welcome to Coral Villa! This newly remodeled home is located near the Caribbean shore on a quiet lane a 5-minute walk from Gregory Town. Gregory Town has a protected harbor that is good for swimming, fishing, or launching a boat. There are also swings and a playground at this location.
Gregory Town has several restaurants including Unca Gene’s, the Conch Shack, and Daddy Joes, and two grocery stores. You can buy fresh fish from the fish market, as well as from the fisherman who bring in their catch on afternoons, weather permitting.
Stunning Gaulding Cay Beach on the Caribbean is a 5 minute drive. Surfer’s beach on the Atlantic, which as its name suggest offers great surfing, is a 10-minute drive.
Coral Villa is a two-story home. The first floor features a spacious great room with a sectional sofa, a recliner, and a 65-inch wall-mounted TV.
The modern fully equipped kitchen is finished in quartz and stainless steel. If features a French-door refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is bar seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. Coral villa has an outdoor dining table coming soon with seating for six.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with queen-sized beds. The first floor has one full bath.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a king bed, a wall-mounted 65-inch TV, and a private door to the second-floor patio. The master bedroom's luxurious en-suite bath has a spa tub, and beside it, a walk-in shower finished in marble and equipped with a rain shower.
The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with twin beds. This bedroom also has a door to the second floor patio. This bedroom is accessed only from the patio for extra privacy. It does not connect internally to the rest of the house.
Coral Villa has multiple decks and patios, some open for sunning and some covered for shade. The highest of these, the Lookout, has ocean views.
Amenities at Coral Villa include AC throughout, Starlink fast WIFI, a gas grill, washer/dryer, and a back-up generator and back-up water system.
