Welcome to Vista Veranda! The newly remodeled estate home takes its name from the spectacular, sweeping ocean views you will enjoy from the extensive veranda facing the sea. Enjoy 50-mile ocean views during the day and watch the distant cruise ships passing silently by at night.

Vista Veranda is a short walk (or one minute drive) from famous Twin Coves Beach, one of the most spectacular beaches in the Bahamas.
Vista Veranda has an exquisite private pool with open areas for sunning and shaded areas for lounging and dining in the shade.
Vista Veranda has a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath main house and a 1-bedroom guest cottage.

The main house features a luxurious rustic style white-washed kitchen with a granite island. It is open to a large sunny dining area with seating for 8 that looks out at the pool. Also downstairs is a large living room with sweeping ocean views. It has two large and comfortable sectional sofas and a 72-inch flat screen TV. There is also a half bath downstairs.

Upstairs, the main house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and a full en-suite bath. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath.

The detached guest cottage has a king bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower. It also has a tv, a microwave, a minifridge, and coffee maker.

Vista Veranda is just a 5-minute drive from Governors Harbour, the main town on the island. Governor's Harbour has excellent fine-dining restaurants, grocery stores, wine & liquor stores, a bank with an ATM, a bakery, gift shops, and a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbour. Buy fresh fish and lobster from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governor's Harbour a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.

Eleuthera is most famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 8000 residents, is completely safe any time of the day or night. The snorkeling diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent or charter power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks and bikes. You can have a charter captain take you out for excursions of various types. There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, many unique beaches, historic churches and 19th century homes, and small villages to explore.
