Welcome to Flounder Suite, located in Blowing Point with wonderful views of the ocean from almost every room. A one minute walk along the shore takes you to the beautiful pink-sand beach of Sandy Point. On the far side of this beach are reefs with good snorkeling. Directly behind the house, there is a small area exposed beach at low tide, and the sea has a lovely sandy bottom for swimming.

Flounder is part of a gated estate offering all the luxuries and amenities you require including a beachfront pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, a nine-hole mini golf course, kiddie pool, outdoor kitchen, beautiful gazebo, snorkeling equipment, garden benches, media room and concierge services prior and during your stay. These amenities are shared with the other four suites on the property.

We make sure everything is covered to ensure you have an exceptional stay with us. Indulge yourself; experience a game of mini golf; have a massage; enjoy your favorite cocktail while soaking in the hot tub; or just relax in the sauna—whatever your pleasure, it awaits you at Flounder Suite.

The shared media room is located on the garden level of the estate and features of a library of movies that you can watch on the 75-inch TV with first-class audio sound system in stereo. It also has a library of books.

The shared gym is located on the ground level and is equipped with a stationary bike, an elliptical unit, treadmill, weights and a 2 person sauna as well as balance balls. The gym also has a private bathroom and digital 42 inch TV so you can be entertained while you work out.

If you see this private unit first, you may not want to stay anywhere else – but that can probably be said of any one of these private units! Flounder offers uninterrupted views of the ocean, mini-golf course, and Gazebo. It is a huge studio with en-suite bath, kitchen, and a large open area for dining, relaxing, and entertaining friends. It also boasts its very own 75” screen digital smart television.

Feel free to relax on the private patio, as you watch the ferry boats take passengers between the islands of St. Maarten/St. Martin and Anguilla, or even see a sail boat race amongst the local Anguillians! Oops, you may do this from any of the private patios!

Flounder Suite is just six miles away from the Valley which is the capital of Anguilla so you are within easy reach of restaurants, shopping and culture.
