Located in the private community of Oleander Gardens, Blue Love Point has access to Oleander’s private Caribbean beach, a 5-minute walk from the house.

Enter this downstairs apartment, and you will feel like you are in a garden with the sea at arm’s reach. The downstairs enjoys a vast private veranda with spectacular views of the Caribbean.

The downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, the larger with a queen bed and an ocean view, and the smaller with a twin bed and an ocean view. The great room features a full kitchen with all appliances except a dishwasher. The living area is furnished with futon that folds out into a bed. The downstairs apartment has one full bath with a walk-in shower.

Amenities at Blue Love Point include AC throughout, WIFI, smart TV with roku box, some books and games, two paddleboards and a lovely new outdoor shower.

Oleander Gardens is a safe, friendly community of approximately 25 houses bordering the five-star Cove Resort. It is located 20 minutes from North Eleuthera Airport and beautiful Harbor Island. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a short drive including The Cove, Ocean Tally, The Rainbow Inn, The Glass Window Café, and Daddy Joe’s Bar and Grill.
